I just bumped the version to 2.0.2.3 to fix an annoyance where the RegExFolder in the Start Menu could not be moved or renamed without the application recreating the original Start Menu entry the next time it was started.

@Mark Try the latest version 2.0.2.0. I fixed one or two things that might prevent it from launching. However, it's been working fine for me on both XP and Windows 7 for some time now. If this new version still doesn't work, let me know.
