The main fixes for the upgrade include: * Fixing the crash the plagued Tim. * Fixing a bug in the "clean" function that would cause all instances of duplicate paths being removed, leaving none. * Several cosmetic fixes including a control layout issue that manifested when using large fonts (thanks again to Tim for pointing this out). * The installer no longer required removing the previous version. I have only seen that crash once before, but I've never been able to reproduce it. I know a few people who use PathEditor on a daily basis and haven't seen this problem either. But I know it's there..lurking. I've just tried for about 10 minutes straight and cannot get it to crash. These are the worst kinds of software bugs. I'm sure the fix is trivial, but unless I can get it to happen, the task becomes really difficult. If it's not a bother for you and you don't mind helping out a bit, could you send me a snapshot of both your user and system paths so I can try to simulate your exact environment. However, I understand if you don't want to share that information about your system configuration. I've also uploaded a new installer that you can try. I don't know that it will address the problem your seeing, but it has a couple of other fixes in it. I'd be interested to know if this new build still exhibits the problem for you though. In particular, if I try to change to 'Edit Current User' or to check the 'Display Embedded Environment Variables' I get an immediate 'Path Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close'.
